Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this stunning 1987 El Camino which is in beautiful overall condition and has only had two owners since new. This El Camino stayed in with the same owner for over 33 years. The second owner purchased the truck in 1989 with 14K miles and his widow sold the truck this year due to his passing with 84K miles on the truck. Its been meticulously maintained over its lifetime and always garaged and shows as such. This El Camino features super nice paint in factory colors, a very nice stock Burgundy bucket seat cloth interior, and the original numbers matching 305 engine. This El Camino is very solid with great lines and gaps and shows no visible rust anywhere on the body and no rust on the underside and no patch panels. This El Camino is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Black over Burgundy cloth interior. The miles show as Actual on the current clean Ohio title and are documented on several service records and other docs. This El Camino comes with numerous service records, the original owners manual, several dealer brochures, letter from GM, and title history.

Exterior

The Factory exterior is in beautiful overall condition. This El Camino shows well in its Factory colors and is a striking color combination. The paint is in great overall condition and has an excellent shine, great gloss, and is smooth to the touch. The underside is very solid with no patch panels or rust issues and the body is very solid and strait with no bubbling or cracked paint. Both bumpers are in great condition with no dents or pitting and they both have a good shine. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires are new and have full tread left and are sized 235/60/15 and the aftermarket Cragar wheels are in excellent condition and really make this El Camino pop and stand out in the crowd. The OEM originals wheels with older tires are included. The rear cargo compartment and spare tire storage area are both solid and clean and the original spare tire is still in place with the original jack. The rear tail gate works properly and the bed of this truck shows well and its very solid with no rust issues and the paint is very nice in the bed.

Interior

The factory Burgundy cloth interior of this El Camino is in great overall stock condition. The seat covers appear to be original stock and are in terrific shape with no major wear or rips. The upgraded stock bucket seat interior really sets this El Camino apart from the others with the typical bench seat and column shift. The center console with floor shifter in this El Camino really gives it a sporty look and feel. The carpet looks great with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in great overall condition with no cracks or fading. The original style AM/FM stereo is still in place in this truck is in working order and sounds good. Thankfully the dash has not been cut for a modern stereo. The original door panels are in great condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. Brand new outer door panel window sweeps were just added. The headliner is in great overall condition. All interior lights and gauges work as they should. The power windows, power door locks, horn, wipers, and blower motor all work. This El Camino has factory air conditioning and all components remain in place but is currently not blowing cold air and appears to need a charge. Even the cigarette lighter is working.

Mechanical

This El Camino is in excellent mechanical condition and the 305 engine runs very smoothly and has surprising power. A new starter was recently added. New front shocks were just added. Properly working rear air shocks are installed and help with heavy loads. We have driven this El Camino many times and it drives well, it does not run hot, rides tight, has good power, and is a true joy to drive. There are no loud rattles or annoying noises while driving the car. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. The exhaust is in stock layout and still has the cat. This El Camino has been loved and well cared for by its previous owners and the overall condition of the truck and the way it runs and drives validates that. Its a great driver that would show well at local car shows and cruise inns.
