Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1975 Pontiac Trans Am which is in excellent overall condition with low actual miles of 38,514 with a matching numbers Pontiac 400 Engine. This TA features beautiful newer Silver paint, a deluxe black factory interior, PHS documents, numerous service records, the original numbers matching Pontiac 400 Engine, and an automatic transmission. This TA is very solid with great lines and gaps with no signs of visible rust. There is no rust or cracked or bubbling paint anywhere around the car. The underside is extremely solid with no rust or corrosion issues and no patches or repairs. This TA is finished in the desirable color combinations of silver Brown over Tan Deluxe interior. This TA was sold new in Florida and the previous PA title shows the miles as “Actual” and the current “Ohio” title shows the mileage as “Actual” as well.
Exterior
The Silver exterior is in fantastic restored condition. This TA has newer great paint with replaced decals. The paint is in excellent overall condition and was repainted in the factory color not long ago and has a show quality appearance to it. There are no signs of visible rust anywhere on the body or underneath and both bumpers are in great shape. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but nothing was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires have near full tread left and are sized 225/70/15 and the 15″ OEM Rally II wheels are in excellent shape. All weather stripping and window sweeps are in good condition. Trunk is very solid and clean with the original trunk mat, spare tire, and jack. Dyno mat was added to the trunk surface to reduce noise but can easily be removed if wanted. The underside of this TA is solid with no rust issues or concerns and no patches or repairs.
Interior
The Black deluxe interior of this TA is in terrific overall condition. The seat covers are in excellent condition with no noticeable wear or fading or seam splits. The carpet has no major stains, rips, or holes and is in excellent condition. The dash is in good condition and the dash bezel is in good condition too. The stereo was upgraded to a digital Pioneer CD stereo with replacement speakers and works great and sounds excellent. There is a power amp in the trunk and all the high end performance audio gear was professionally installed. See receipt for over $3300. The door panels were replaced and are in excellent condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner is in good shape and was replaced. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should excluding the clock. The horn, stereo, wipers, blower motor, and power windows all work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever. The Factory AC system is fully in tact and the compressor has been upgraded to a modern unit. The AC system has been serviced and Freon has been upgraded and the system seems to work properly and blowing cold air.
Mechanical
This TA is in great mechanical condition and the original Pontiac 400 engine is still in the car. This engine runs very well and the car performs nicely and has plenty of power. This TA has been well maintained over the years and numerous service records and receipts come with the car and photographed in the gallery. Here are some of the items and systems that have been serviced or replaced: New Emergency brake, new water pump, new upper and lower ball joints, new control arm bushings, new ac compressor and system serviced, new radiator and system serviced, rear end serviced, new shocks, new windshield, new rear main seal, new fuel pump, new heater core, new power steering pump, and much much more. This TA was upgraded to Flowmaster dual exhaust which gives this car a healthy rumble at idle and cruising speeds. We have driven this car numerous times and it performs well, it does not run hot, it rides tight, and is always a joy to drive. This TA is a great driver that feels good on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time and runs well. Choke works properly. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos.
