Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this awesome 1986 Subaru Brat GL which is in super nice overall condition. This Brat features new Metallic blue paint with Brat decals, a mostly stock gray bucket seat interior, the stock engine and 4 speed manual transmission, and a clean Ohio title. This Brat is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Blue paint over Gray Cloth interior. The miles show as Actual on the current Ohio title.
Exterior
The Blue exterior is in very nice overall condition and shows well. This Brat was recently repainted in its stock shade of Blue Metallic and looks great with its new Brat decals and restored wheels. The paint is in great overall condition and has a super shine, slick gloss, and is smooth to the touch. Both bumpers are in good overall condition. The factory T Tops are in excellent working order and are an excellent option to have on these and look so cool. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but nothing was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires have near full tread left and are correctly sized 185/75 R13. The OEM wheels are in great overall shape and have no curb rash. The bed is in excellent shape and everything works as it should and was recently sprayed with bed liner. The rear tail gate works properly and the bed of this truck is very solid. The rear sliding glass works properly on both sides.
Interior
The Gray Bucket Seat Cloth interior of this Brat is in nice mostly stock condition. The seat covers are like new with zero wear and in superb overall condition with no major wear, stains, or seam splits and are very comfortable. The carpet appears to be original and in good overall condition with no major holes or major wear areas. The original dash is in great condition and the gauges are crisp and clear. The original door panels are in good condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner area is in like new and stock and pieces are functional. All interior lights and gauges work as they should including the clock. The horn, stereo, wipers, and blower motor all work. The stereo was upgraded to a Modern JVC unit and works and sounds great.
Mechanical
This Brat is in good mechanical condition and the truck runs and drives well. A new battery was just installed. New spark plugs and wires and fan belt were just installed. Oil changed and coolant flush were just performed on this Brat. A new air filer was just installed. The stock engine runs well and the transmission shifts smoothly. We have driven this Brat several times and it drives well, it does not run hot, rides tight, and is a true joy to drive. There are no loud rattles or annoying noises. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should and were recently inspected and serviced. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. The 4WD appears to function properly but we have not tested it off road. This Brat has been loved and well cared for by its previous owners and the overall condition of the truck and the way it runs and drives validates that.
