Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1979 Z28 which is in restored condition and comes in a striking color combination and is priced to sell.
This Z28 is a factory 4 speed manual transmission car and the original transmission is still in the car today. This Z28 features a beautiful repaint in factory white which still shows very well, a deluxe Black interior, and a strong running 350 engine and 4 speed manual transmission. This Z28 is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of White over Black deluxe interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag pictured above.
Exterior
The White exterior is in terrific overall condition. This Z28 was treated to a professional repaint in factory White in recent years and still shows very well today. The paint is in great overall condition with a great shine and gloss and is smooth to the touch. This Z28 is solid and has great lines and gaps and shows no visible rust anywhere and no bubbling paint. Both bumpers are in great shape shape with no flaking or faded paint. The underside of the car is very solid and honest and has not been covered up with cheap spray paint. There is no rust on the underside of the car and no previous patches or repairs. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. Tires are new with full tread left and the Factory wheels are restored OEM originals and are in excellent shape with no curb rash and have been repainted in body color. Trunk is very solid and clean with the original space saver spare tire and original trunk mat and jack. Door seals, window seals, trunk seal, and window sweeps have all been replaced.
Interior
The Black deluxe interior of this Z28 is in splendid mostly stock condition. The original seat covers are in great overall condition condition with no major wear anywhere and are still comfortable. The carpet was replaced and is in excellent condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The dash is in terrific condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in excellent condition as well. The stereo has been upgraded to a Pioneer super tuner with a working matching EQ/power booster. Newer 6×9 speakers were added. The original door panels are in good overall condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The package tray has been replaced and is like new condition and the headliner has been replaced as well. All interior lights and gauges work as they should outside of the clock. The stereo, blower motor, and wipers all work. The horn works intermittingly. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.
Mechanical
This Z28 is in great mechanical condition and runs and drives very well. The 350 engine runs strong and is coupled with the original 4 speed manual transmission. The clutch works great on the car and shifting is smooth and easy. This Z28 has an aluminum Edelbrock intake installed. This Z features posi traction. In the video one can observe this car running with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car performs and idles well. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs good. A newer Holley carb. was added and works and runs great. A newer alternator and battery were installed. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. The exhaust is upgraded to newer Flowmaster dual mufflers with long tube headers and has an muscle car exhaust note at idle and cruising speeds. Rear air shocks were added not long ago. A new emergency brake system was recently installed. The oil pan gasket was replaced not long ago. Also, the engine bay is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. Gas gauge appears to need grounded as the gauge needle is pegged.
