This factory Type LT Camaro comes in a rarely seen factory color combination of Dark Green over green custom vinyl interior. This Camaro Type LT features a nice repaint in factory Dark Green, a beautiful green interior, the original numbers matching 350 engine coupled with a 4 speed manual transmission, and the original bill of sale and several dealer docs. This Camaro is very solid with great lines and gaps and has no rust issues or bubbling paint anywhere around the car. This Camaro is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Dark Green over Type LT Green custom vinyl interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag pictured above.
Exterior
The Green exterior is in very nice restored condition. This Camaro was treated to a repaint in Dark Green in the last few years and shows very well and an aftermarket steel cowl hood was added. The paint is in good condition and both bumpers are in good shape with no faded paint or spider webbing in the paint. The Type LT emblems are originals and in good condition and set this car apart from others. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires have 2020 date codes and near full tread left and are sized 235/60/15 and the rally wheels are restored and are in excellent like new condition. All weather stripping and window sweeps are in great condition. Trunk is very solid and clean with a new trunk mat, and original spare tire, and the original jack. The underside is clean and honest and has not been covered up with cheap spray paint. The body and underside is very solid and there are no rust bubbles anywhere and no cracked paint. Several suspension components have been upgraded like a new rear sway bar, new rear air shocks, new front coil springs, and new front shocks.
Interior
The Type LT Green custom vinyl interior of this Camaro is in great overall condition. The seat covers are in great condition with no major wear, seam splits, or rips or tears. The driver seat features the rarely seen factory recline lever which allows the drivers seat to recline a bit. The carpet was replaced and in new condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The door panels are in excellent condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The original dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The top of the dash is not warped like most are from this era. The modern Pioneer Bluetooth stereo works well and both rear and front speakers were upgraded with new units and the system sounds awesome. The package tray is good shape. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should, outside of the clock. The horn, wipers, stereo, and blower motor all work. This car has factory AC and it was working over the summer but difficult to test during December in Ohio. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.
Mechanical
This Camaro is in great mechanical condition and still hosts its original 350 engine, see engine vin stamp in the gallery above. We have driven this Camaro numerous times around town and it always performs well, does not run hot, rides tight, and is a true joy to drive. The clutch was replaced in 2003 and the flywheel was re surfaced at that time as well. A hurst shifter was added. A new gas tank and fuel pump and hoses were installed. The seller drove this car over 60 miles to meet me on 12/03/2022 when I picked up the car. No issues on the highway driving 75 mph for over 60 miles. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. This Camaro is an great driver that feels good on the road and at highway speeds. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs good. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. This Camaro has upgraded dual Flowmaster exhaust which has a great muscle car sound at idle and cruising speeds. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory AC car and all the components appear to be in place and the system is currently working well and blowing cold air.
