This Z28 was treated to a professional complete multi year restoration with numerous receipts totaling over $26,000 in parts receipts alone. This does not include cost of the car or labor or paint and body. This Z28 is very solid with excellent body lines and gaps and there is no rust anywhere around the car. The dark blue metallic paint is in show quality condition and the decals and trim look new. The frame and under carriage is also very solid and detailed with new suspension parts and all mechanical systems have been rebuilt or restored. This Z28 is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Dark Blue exterior paint(code 29) over black vinyl interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag seen in photos. Its a stunningly beautiful color scheme which looks better in person.

Exterior

The Blue exterior is in superb restored condition. This Z28 was put on a rotisserie and treated to a professional repaint and the body and paint are in show condition. The paint quality is excellent with an excellent gloss and is smooth to the touch. The decals and trim all look new. The body is very solid and the gaps and lines are excellent. Both bumpers are in excellent shape with no flaking or faded paint and no spider webbing. The decals are new and in perfect shape and really accent the car and Z28 package. There is zero rust on this car and no bubbling paint or cracked paint or areas with heavy bondo or repairs. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but nothing was intentionally excluded from the photos. The BF Goodrich tires have great tread left and the aftermarket wheels look excellent on the car and are like new. All weather stripping and window sweeps are in excellent new condition. The door seals, trunk seal, window sweeps, and window seals are all newer. Trunk is very solid and clean with the spare tire, trunk mat, and jack and tools. A power sub woofer and new 6×9 speakers were installed.

Interior

The Black vinyl interior of this Z28 is in excellent restored condition. The seat covers are fully restored with new foam and covers with custom logos and piping. The carpet is like new and was replaced and is in very good condition too with no major stains, rips, or holes. The dash is in excellent overall condition and the dash bezel is in excellent condition as well. There are no cracks in the dash and no warping or fading. The stereo was upgraded this year with a new bluetooth touch screen system which looks and sounds excellent. The dash was not cut at all for the installation. The door panels are in like new condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner is in great condition with no stains and is not sagging at all. The package tray is like new and in great condition. All interior lights and gauges work as they should outside of the clock which is common for not working. The stereo, wipers, horn, and blower motor all work. The tilt wheel works as it should. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.

Mechanical

This Z28 is in excellent mechanical condition and still retains its original 350 engine which has been fully rebuilt. The transmission was fully rebuilt as well and shifts perfectly. We have driven this Z28 numerous times on the streets and highways and it always performs very well, does not run hot, rides tight, and is a true joy to drive. This Z28 is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs great. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should and have been fully restored with new brake lines and brake booster and master cylinder with new pads and calipers. New dual exhaust was added which gives this Z28 an excellent rumble at idle and cruising speeds. A new alternator and distributor and wires and plugs were added. A new gas tank and fuel lines from front to back were installed. A complete new suspension was installed including new leaf springs, new coil springs, new shocks, new body mounts, new sway bars, new end links, new bushings, etc. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory AC car and all factory parts are present but it may need charged to blow cold air. This Z28 has been loved and meticulously cared for by its previous owners and has been restored to an amazing show room condition. The outstanding way this Z28 looks and drives is a true testament to prior owners care and love for this special car.
