Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1979 Formula which is in nice overall original
condition. This Formula features a beautiful repaint in factory Solar Gold with correct
Formula decals, an original interior, and the original numbers matching 301 engine. This
Formula is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Solar Gold (code
50)over Camel Tan (code 62r) standard vinyl interior. This is the factory color scheme as
verified on the trim tag pictured below. Also included with this Formula is the factory build
sheet we found behind the rear seat and several receipts and original documents.

Exterior

The Solar Gold exterior is in nice restored condition. This Formula was treated to a
professional repaint approximately 5 years ago in factory Solar Gold with all new decals.
The paint is in good condition and both bumpers are in excellent shape with no flaking or
faded paint. The front bumper grills and nose crest have been replaced and look new. There
may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was
intentionally excluded from the photos. There are some chips along the bottom of the car
from rocks and pebbles. Tires have good tread left and are correctly sized 225/70/15
and the rally II wheels are OEM originals that are in good shape. Tires in the video have
been replaced with newer tires which are in photos. Trunk is very solid and clean with a new trunk mat.
All the glass on the car is “LOF” original glass. This car was heavily undercoated and a lot of it is
still present today.

Interior

The Camel tan vinyl interior of this Formula is mostly original. The seat covers are
original and in great shape with no excessive wear. The carpet is original and
still in good shape but there is some worn areas where the drivers heal would hit. The
original dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in
good condition as well. The digital am/fm cassette stereo works well and thankfully the
dash has not been cut for a modern stereo. The door panels are original and in good
condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner has been replaced and is
in new condition. The package tray is in good shape with no warping. All interior lights
and gauges work as they should outside of the clock. The horn, stereo, wipers and rear
defrost also work. The blower motor works but is noisy on some speeds.
This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.

Mechanical

This Formula is in good mechanical condition and retains its original 301 engine. In the
video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and
the car handles and performs well. This Formula is a nice driver that feels great on the
road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts
right away every time, idles well, and runs good. The brakes do not pull and stop as they
should. This Formula has true dual Flowmaster exhaust and sounds great at idle and all cruising
speeds. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This
is a factory AC car but the AC system is currently not working. The previous owner removed
some of the AC components but they do come with the car and are pictured below.
