Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1986 Oldsmobile 442 which is in beautiful original condition and amazingly only owned by one person from new. This 442 features mostly original paint, an original Gray interior which is in fantastic condition, and the original numbers matching complete drive line that has never been removed from the car. This 442 is very solid with great lines and gaps. This 442 was always garaged and comes with all service records from new, all original paperwork including the original purchase contract, and the original booklet and manual. This 442 is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Black over silver over Gray deluxe cloth interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the trim tag pictured below. This 442 was owned by the same owner since new and is all original except for normal maintenance items and minor touch ups.

Exterior

The Black and silver exterior is in nice original condition. This 442 has about 90% original factory paint and the graphics and pin stripping is original. As with any 30 year old paint job there are some imperfections, chips, checking, and minor blemishes around the car. It still shines well and shows good for being original. The paint is in good original condition and the body and frame are both solid. Both bumpers are in good shape shape with only minor wear and chips and some fading. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The BF Goodrich tires have excellent tread left and are sized 215/65/15 and the wheels are OEM originals and in very good shape with no curb rash and shine nicely. Trunk is very solid and clean with the original size spare tire, original trunk mat, and jack. The original GM T Top bags are in perfect shape. All glass is “LOF” original glass.

Interior

The Gray deluxe cloth interior of this 442 is in spectacular original condition. The original seat covers are in great condition with only one very small rip by the drivers power seat controls, which work as they should. The carpet is in great condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in great condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The original digital cassette stereo works well and the power antenna works as it should. The original door panels are in excellent condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The package tray is in excellent condition with no warping or fading. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should outside of the clock and the tach reads a little high. The horn, stereo, wipers, power windows, power locks, fan blower, and power antenna also work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.

Mechanical

This 442 is in great mechanical condition with only 113,110 actual miles on the original drive line. We have driven this car numerous times and it always performs very well. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. The previous owner of this 442 kept meticulous car of the car and regular maintenance was performed and all receipts are included. This 442 is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs great. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. The mufflers and catalytic converter are stock. Also, the engine is clean and very original and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory AC car and we tested the AC and it works but appears to need a charge to blow cold.
