Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1977 Corvette which is in beautiful restored driver condition. This Corvette features a beautiful repaint in Factory correct Classic White, a Fully Rebuilt performance minded drive line including a 350HP 355 chevy engine, a Turbo 350 Transmission with B&M shift kit, and a super nice White/Red interior. This Corvette is very solid with great lines and gaps and shows no signs of visible rust anywhere around the car. This Corvette is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combination of White (code 10) over White /Red leather interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified by the trim tag pictured below, although the seats and door panels were changed to white years ago.
Exterior
The White exterior is in terrific driver condition. This Corvette was treated to a professional re paint in factory Classic White paint and shows very well. The paint is about 6 years old and has a beautiful shine and is in great overall driver condition. The gaps and lines around the car are very nice and there is no evidence of rust anywhere around the car and the frame is very solid. Both bumpers are in great shape shape with no flaking or fading paint. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but nothing was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires have excellent tread left and are sized 235/60/15 and the wheels are OEM originals which shine nicely and have no curb rash. The t tops come on and off nicely and fit snug and do not rattle while driving. The headlights come on and work but they need help to raise up as the vacuum going to them is not working properly. All glass around the car is in excellent condition.
Interior
The White/Red leather interior of this Corvette is in great overall condition. The original seat covers are in good condition but do have some normal wear on the edges where people get in and out, and have held up pretty well considering they are white. The carpet is in like new condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo has been upgraded to a Modern Alpine CD/MP3 player with newer speakers. The door panels are in like new condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should. The stereo, wipers, power windows, and fan blower also work, the horn is not working. The drivers window motor is very slow and needs a new motor. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.
Mechanical
This Corvette is in excellent mechanical condition and runs and drives extremely well. This Corvette has been “Mechanic” owned for the last 7 years and several upgrades have been made to the drive train and suspension which makes this a wonderful car to drive and not your typical low HP Vette from the late 70’s. The non original 355 engine has these performance upgrades and build: 4 bolt main with 1 piece rear main seal, steel crank, bored .30 over, TRW forged flat top pistons, Chevy Vortec P/N 12558060 cylinder heads, 9.5:1 compression, Comp Extreme Energy Cam 262 with 462/469 lift, 262/270 duration, performer RPM edelbrock intake, holly 750 cfm vacuum secondary carb., double roller timing chain and gears, headers, turbo 350 transmission rebuilt with B&M shift kit, roller rockers, and hardened push rods. This combination puts out approximately 350 HP but it very drive able and very responsive. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs extremely well. This Corvette is an exceptional driver that feels excellent on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs excellent. The brakes have been completely gone through and stop extremely well and do not pull to one side or the other. Several suspension items have been upgraded as well such as rear leaf spring, end links, new shocks, U joints, ball joints, bushings, upper and lower control arms, etc. Power steering has been rebuilt. The exhaust has been upgraded to Flow Master mufflers with 2.5″ pipes and headers. Also, the engine is clean, nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This AC system is currently not working as several pieces have been removed for power gains and appearance.
